GRADUATION DAY.
OK, this post is a little late but the energy is still flowing from that day and our graduates continue their momentum. Here are my thoughts on the culmination of our first session of 2015 - yet another amazing group!
January 31st, 2015
It is the last day of our training with this group of participants and the energy in the air is unbelievable. In my 20 years now in the industry I look forward to working especially with people that have multiple personalities because the re-integration work is so amazing. Today I had the rare opportunity to do this again. There is actually a feeling in the air when all of the alter personalities are in agreement with their new roles - it is electric! What we have created at this facility feels sacred. People feel it when they enter the estate. Healing takes place here and I am so honored to be a part of it. We talk a lot about it being a combined effort here. The staff are very loving. With the love of the participants it truly makes this a group effort. WOW!
So today is graduation day. Families of the participants have arrived and my partners are giving them a presentation that explains step-by-step what we do to treat their loved ones who are suffering from addictions and other mood disorders. This afternoon are family therapy sessions. Tonight we all eat together and have a graduation ceremony. We also do a cheering line for the participants - they truly deserve it after being engaged in such deep work for 28 straight days!
