Have you ever heard of an addiction recovery program with 80%+ success rates? What’s the secret to our success?

Is An 80% Rehab Success Rate Real?

An 80% rehab success rate sounds great on paper, but what does that translate to in real life?

“What we mean by our success rate is that 80% of our graduates are living their life free of addiction.”

These are our self-reported results from the graduates of our Program. Our addiction recovery rate has remained high throughout our first four years.

Innovative Addiction Recovery Program

The first and most important reason behind our exceptional rehab success rate is our innovative non 12 Step Program.

Simply put, we focus on healing the underlying core mental and emotional issues that prompt you to use drugs and alcohol.

Every day, we help people like you to heal the issues that cause feelings of depression, anxiety, self loathing, hopelessness, and despair.

There are plenty of strong feelings that go along with trauma, abuse, and loss, and we help Participants like you to work through those emotional issues.

Furthermore, our addiction recovery program includes over 120 hours of uniquely personalized counseling.

Why?

work-addiction-recovery-programBecause in order to heal the issues that brought you to rehab, we need time to work with each Participant.

It takes, time, energy and commitment to do the work. But it works.

During your time with us, we teach an array of proven psychology techniques and approaches that build on each other progressively.

By the end of the 28-day session, our Participants have learned skills and techniques to work their issues themselves. They're able to identify, address, and heal the underlying issues that are causing upset in their lives.

Furthermore, our Program is holistic, integrating the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Many recovery programs address only physical-level behavioral changes, but that’s not our way.

Instead, we take our Participants through an extensive physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing experience.

When you join us, we give you tools for every level, empowering you to address these areas you’ve been avoiding.

When you use those tools, you’ll find that you can heal long-standing issues with grace and ease.

Participants Ready to Do the Work to Heal

Some addiction rehabs will say yes to anyone who calls, but we’ve found that more rigorous admission standards are a must.

Ours is an intimate addiction recovery program, and we welcome a maximum of ten people per session.

Everyone starts and finishes as a group, or cohort. People don't shuffle in and out each day, disrupting the flow and learning of the others.

We've also found that cohorts bond in ways you can't imagine. They learn to trust and support their fellow Participants; it makes for an amazing dynamic.

As such, we need to be discerning about our selection process. We need to ensure that every Participant is a good fit, because this allows us to create a positive, healing experience for everyone involved.

Here's another way to think about it: with us, you won't go through rehab with someone who doesn't want to be there.

You're not going to go through rehab with someone who makes jokes and is disruptive.

You're not going to go through rehab with someone who makes jokes and is disruptive.

You're not going to go through rehab with someone who is there in order to stay out of jail.

Not here.

We’re so committed to finding the right people that we turn away a majority of the people who contact us!

A few of our key admission guidelines include …

  • A strong desire on behalf of the Participant to go through our addiction recovery program. We don’t care if your parents, friends, significant others, or parole officers want you to come here; we care about whether or not you really want to attend. Your motivation is a primary factor.

We show you what to do, and we create the space for you to do it … but we know that we can’t make you do self-discovery. We only welcome people who are truly ready to do the work.

  • An ability to work collaboratively and function as part of a group. Our addiction recovery program is cohort-based, which means that Participants move through as a group, starting and ending at the same time. As such, you must be willing to work well alongside others.

Yet while we do go through as a group, the focus is on you. Your individual work is the priority.

  • A willingness to dive into holistic recovery work on all levels.  Participants do healing work on all four levels of self - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Some therapeutic programs offer only physical and mental-level work, but we believe that the inclusion of emotional and spiritual-level work is essential for healing.

  • A commitment to give 100% to the Program. Why do we offer 120+ hours of counseling when we could meet our state requirements with much, much less? Because we’re committed to your recovery from addiction. We ask that you make a similar commitment to yourself.

Trained, Caring and Loving Staff

Simply put, the staff make a big difference in the quality of the inpatient residential rehab experience.

That’s why we prioritize our people. Every person who works with us - from the kitchen staff to the counselors to the office administrators - has an open, loving heart.

We don’t dish out shame or guilt messages; we'll never tell you that you are broken, flawed, damaged, or less-than.

Instead our staff cheers you on, encouraging you in every step of your recovery. Our on-site staff facilitates a serene environment for you.

We’d also like to assure you that we don’t skimp on food.

Every day, our chefs serve up a mouthwatering menu of delicious, nourishing food.

Our Participants like to joke that the Program is great, but the food is out of this world!

A Perfect Setting for Addiction Recovery

All of your inner work with us is done in the context of a loving, safe, and nurturing space.

Our estate is restful, serene, and distraction-free, which supports your healing process.

We’re located on a picturesque 43-acre estate on San Juan Island, so you can look forward to sparkling blue waters, deep green forests, and stunningly beautiful views.

We’re also an animal sanctuary, so you’ll find dogs, cats, horses, sheep, alpacas, llamas, goats, chickens, and guinea hens waiting for you here. These animals offer their own unique form of therapy, and their presence may well be part of your healing.

Furthermore, our estate's location is both remote and accessible. We’re just 75 miles from Seattle, but after a scenic ferry ride you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped into another world.

Aftercare Program for Ongoing Sobriety

We’ve learned that having a strong aftercare program in place is incredibly important to our addiction recovery rate.

When our Participants graduate, they possess a great set of self-counseling strategies. They look and feel fantastic after four weeks on the estate.

The challenge is to transfer all of the positive habits and healing tools that they’ve learned into their daily lives at home.

stay-connected-aftercare-addiction-recoveryOur support system empowers them to do just that.

We stay heavily involved for a minimum of five weeks post-graduation.

We want to make sure we are heavily involved in our graduates’ lives during the crucial habit formation period, which lasts approximately 32 days.

Plus, we partner with counselors and therapists to help our graduates keep growing long after that.

To aid in this effort, our aftercare staff is available to provide constant support.

We also offer free weekly aftercare calls that graduates can hop on as needed. Participants call in from all over the country to check in, share their wins and challenges, and receive real-time help.

Participants also have the option of keeping in touch with their cohort and our staff via emails and text messages.

Aftercare is ongoing, and it makes a big difference for success and sobriety.
